Premium quality, plastic warning tape made from heavy duty, virgin‐grade, low density polyethylene.  

The tape is pre‐printed with a highly visible warning message to alert future contractors to the presence of the buried underground power cable.

INSTALLATION : Lay the tape in the trench approx 300mm above the pipe / cable and as close to the ground surface as possible.

SUBSTRATE: Virgin Grade LDPE (low density polyethylene)

INK: Highly resistant, solvent based

RESISTANCE TO ACID: Highly resistant down to 2.5pH

RESISTANCE TO ALKALI: Highly resistant up to 11pH   

ELONGATION: 300% (longitudinal), 350% (transverse)

TENSILE STRESS: 10 MN/m²  (1.0 kN/m)

ROLL WEIGHT: Approx 4.8 kgs

DENSITY: 0.91 – 0.935 kg/m³ at 20°C

COLOUR PIGMENT: Lead‐free
